Each month will feature a different seminar designed to help your business be more successful!\n\n\n\nThis Month's Topic - How businesses can survive and thrive after a disastrous weather event. \n\n\n\nPresented by: Jennifer McCarthy\, Be Ready Alliance Coordinating for Emergencies (BRACE)\n\n \nAs the Community Resiliency Coordinator\, Jennifer is trained through FEMA and through ongoing EOC (Emergency Operations) training to help businesses build resiliency so that they may have a better chance to recover after a natural or man-made disaster. With a focus on small businesses\, she brings a presentation to business owners (and their staff if they desire) that clarifies what BRACE can do to help our businesses survive. This includes lists of supplies\, creating a communications team\, having plans in places for alternative meeting places\, etc. It is a FREE program. \n\nTheir hope is that through this presentation\, more business owners and citizens will feel more empowered when or IF a storm or other disaster occurs.
