She has a passion & vision for directing and making change. Her primary focus is Veterans\, and she has developed countless programs to help and enrich their lives. It would be impossible to list Michelle's contributions from a national\, regional\, and local perspective. \n\n\n	Founder of The Monument to Women Veterans\n	Certified First Aid Mental Health Counselor\n	Founded and developed the programming for the Center for Military Excellence (CSME).\n	Co-created the Independence Fund and developed the Escarosa Independence Fund.\n	Serves on the Board of The Coalition on the Homeless\n\n \n\nJennifer Richardson is a Director with Emmanuel\, Sheppard & Condon where she practices employment law and assists employers with advice and counsel on human resources issues\, implementing handbooks and policies\, and defending charges of discrimination and lawsuits filed by current and former employees.  She is a Past President of the statewide Florida Association for Women Lawyers and a board member of the Perdido Key Area Chamber of Commerce.   Jennifer grew up on Big Lagoon and loves seeing the mindful development of the Perdido area.\n\n\n\n\n\nErin Wilmer is a retired Navy Chief with 24 years of Honorable Service. She is also a three-time recipient of the National Defense Wartime Service Medal for service during Desert Shield\, Desert Storm\, and Operation Iraqi Freedom.  After her retirement\, she immediately started her financial career with Edward Jones Investments in 2012.  After 10 years of dedicated service\, she started her own firm\, The Wilmer Financial Group Incorporated.  Her office is located in the historic district of downtown Pensacola\, FL.  She is a strategic partner with The Wingate Group Incorporated where she oversees their Wealth Management Division.  \n\nErin actively serves her community on several boards and organizations\, Impact100 Global Veterans\, Impact100 Pensacola\, National Coalition of 100 Black Women\, Perdido Key Chamber of Commerce Board Member\, and Committee Chair for Military Affairs.  She spearheads The Annual Star Spangled Salute: A Tribute to Active and Retired military members and their dependents.
