SUMMARY:International Women's Day Leadership Luncheon 2026
DESCRIPTION:Celebrate International Women's Day with the inspiring and empowering 4th Annual International Women's Day Leadership Luncheon\, a unique opportunity for women at all stages of their careers to connect\, network\, and celebrate the achievements of women in our local community.\n\n\n\nGive to Gain: When You Show Up Fully\, Growth Follows! Give to Gain is more than a theme\; it's a way of living.\n\n\n\nThis year's International Women's Day celebration is a tribute to women who give their time\, talents\, and trust to the journey\, embracing pivots\, change\, and the experiences that shape who we become. Through stories of leadership\, career pivots\, personal growth\, and community impact\, our speakers explore what happens when you give your heart and energy\, even when the path ahead isn't clear. From embracing creative callings to navigating unexpected life changes\, this conversation celebrates the growth gained when women show up fully\, support one another\, and remain open to what's next.\n\nMeet the Speakers\n\n\nSarah Soule Webb\, Our Keynote Speaker\, is a Pensacola-born artist whose creative journey embodies the spirit of Give to Gain. After careers in athletics and health\, she followed her passion for painting\, building a successful art career by embracing risk\, community support\, and creative visibility. Today\, Sarah owns a downtown gallery that not only showcases her large-scale coastal paintings but also serves as a platform for other artists to grow and thrive. Her story is one of pivoting with purpose\, giving generously to her community\, and gaining momentum\, opportunity\, and artistic influence in return.\n\n\n\n\n\nRenee Walter\, Our Opening Speaker\, brings a powerful perspective shaped by decades of leadership\, public speaking\, and life transitions. Her journey reflects the heart of Give to Gain\, embracing change\, giving fully in every season\, and trusting that new opportunities often emerge when plans shift. From ministry and national leadership to chaplaincy\, writing\, and community engagement\, Renee's story is a testament to resilience\, reinvention\, and the growth that comes from saying yes to what's next.\n\n \n\nMeet our Philanthropy \n\nEach year the Women Mean Business Committee supports a local non-profit to help raise money for during this event. This year we will be supporting Secret Santa. Secret Santa was founded in 1992 to help families in the local Perdido area of Escambia County. Throughout the year\, Secret Santa raises funds to provide assistance to local Perdido area families during the Christmas season and to support families facing urgent medical or housing hardships. Proceeds from our raffle baskets help further their mission and make a meaningful impact right here in our community. During the event\, attendees will hear from a representative to speak on behalf of the families Secret Santa has helped throughout the years and the impact Secret Santa has on our community. \n\n\n\nAbout International Women's Day\n\nInternational Women's Day is a global celebration honoring the social\, economic\, cultural\, and political achievements of women. It's a day to recognize their contributions\, raise awareness about gender equality\, and inspire action toward creating a more inclusive and equitable world.\n\n\n\nClick here to download sponsorship information\n\n \n\n\nEvent Notes:\n\nPhotography and videos may be taken during the event for use on the Chamber's website\, social media\, and other promotional materials.
