2019 Perdido Trunk-or-Treat & Flicks on the Field! Featuring HOTEL TRANSYLVANIA

October’s Flicks on the Field event to host Special Perdido Community Trunk or Treat with a free showing of Hotel Transylvania!
Perdido Chamber to Host a free community- Halloween themed movie night complete with spooky costumes, delicious candy and friendly competition for creative, decorated trunks! 

As the weather is starting to cool down, and Autumn becomes apparent, the exciting time for trick-or-treating, costume parties, carving pumpkins, lighting bonfires, apple bobbing,  haunted attractions, scary stories, and Halloween films is finally here! The Perdido Area Chamber is celebrating appropriately this month by hosting a free community Trunk-or-Treat and movie night on the Field featuring the family-friendly flick, Hotel Transylvania!

Starting at 5:00 PM, locals, community organizations and business are invited to deck out the trunks of their cars with festive décor for a spooktacular-community trunk or treat for all of our local kids to enjoy collecting sweet treats in their favorite Halloween costumes!

There will be a friendly “Best Decorated” trunk competition giving awards for the “Most Creative”, “Most Scary”, and “Funniest” Trunks! Best decorated car judging will take place between 5:30 and 6:15 pm. At 6:30 pm, winners will be announced.

The night will wrap up with a free showing of Hotel Transylvania on the big screen on the field! Bring your blankets and lawn chairs, or enjoy the movie from your vehicle! Concessions will be available provided by the Pensacola Greyhound Track & Poker Room.

This special edition of Flicks on the Field can be found on the field at the Pensacola Greyhound Track located at 951 Dog Track Road Pensacola, FL 32507. Flicks on the Field is held once a month as a FREE Family-friendly movie night here in the Perdido Area! Flicks on the Field is a project put together by the Keyholders and Events Committee at the Perdido Key Area Chamber of Commerce, YourTek professionals, and Windcreek Hospitality in an attempt to provide a fun-filled community event to bring together our Perdido Area of families and friends. Each event has an opportunity for local businesses to sponsor with their signage and even a 30 second commercial before the show!
