Guest speaker, Roger Thomas, CEO - Integrity Sales and Marketing
Roger Thomas has been trading, selling, and marketing professionally for 30+ years.
Roger founded TeleCompNET in 1994 when there was no mainstream internet, but found himself in the middle of new high growth internet sales in 1997. Then, co-founded TeleComp in 2003, a leading technology firm located in Bentonville, AR where the organic growth of the customer base started out mainly as Suppliers (Vendors) of Walmart in Bentonville and the Northwest Arkansas region, which included many of the top brands in the world. This led to 17 years of sales and growth in the states of Arkansas and Oklahoma where Thomas was part of the leadership team that led TeleComp to win the 32nd Annual Arkansas Business of the Year, Category II, 31 - 55 Employees in March of 2020 (since TeleComp entered this Category the company is now over a hundred employees in 7 offices in AR and OK).
Contributing most of his B2B success to customer relationships, quick responsiveness, and being at the right place at the right time, Thomas has ridden chronological waves of technology sales and marketing through copper and fiber Internet, VoIP and Cloud telephony, big campus WiFi, SD-WAN and most recently, IoT.
The sales achievement awards from national and global tech suppliers in which Thomas has been associated are too many to mention. Thomas has taken part in all job function aspects, including CEO for 20 years, with sales growth and marketing being the foundation of his areas of expected expertise.
